Entry Requirements
Applications are welcomed from individuals with backgrounds in fitness, movement, and healthcare, including:
- Fitness and health professionals
- Fully qualified physiotherapists
- Level 3 qualified Personal Trainers and Yoga Instructors
- Level 2 qualified Exercise to Music and Gym Instructors with a minimum of one year's class teaching experience
- Dancers holding either a recognised degree or a minimum Level 3 qualification
Applicants Without a Fitness Background
Applicants without prior fitness industry qualifications are required to complete a Level 3 Anatomy and Physiology course before attending the face-to-face practical training. Pre-course study materials may be completed alongside Anatomy and Physiology studies.
All applicants must also complete a minimum of 20 hours of Reformer Pilates classes prior to the in-person training element. This course is intended for individuals with previous Reformer Pilates experience and is not suitable for complete beginners.
